 1 cup cooked quinoa
 1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
 ½ cup breadcrumbs
 1 large egg (for binding)
 ¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
 ¼ cup red bell peppers (finely chopped)
 ¼ cup onions (finely chopped)
 2 garlic cloves (minced)
 1 tsp cumin
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 Salt and pepper to taste

Begin by mashing the black beans in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
